Where we ship

We ship all over India, to all 28 states and 8 union territories. From Kashmir to Kanyakumari, if India Post reaches the pincode, so do we.

We currently do not offer international shipping. If you would like a piece delivered outside India, message us and we will let you know what is possible.

Delivery timeframe

Most orders reach you within about 7 days. Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, and made-to-order pieces are crafted first, typically in 3 to 7 days, then shipped.

You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow it door to door.

Shipping charges

Shipping is complimentary on every order across India. There are no hidden delivery or handling fees at checkout.

Insurance and tracking

Every order is fully insured in transit until it reaches you, and each parcel is tracked from our atelier to your door. Your piece is covered the whole way.

Safe delivery

Our shipments are sent in discreet, secure packaging and may require a signature on delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

If a parcel cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by weather, festivals, remote locations or courier delays. If your order is running late, reach out and we will chase it for you.
